Wawa Rewards Magic
Pennsylvania-based Wawa is expanding it’s convenience store empire to the metropolitan commuter-class of the DMV. Along the way they’re spreading the word about their app-based rewards program that’s hooking up customers with free snacks for making Wawa a regular part of their lives. In 2019, Wawa challenged my team at ISL to develop a content campaign to sprinkle a touch of magic on the rewards program and excite new and existing fans across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

National Coffee Day
In the lead up to the full Rewards program, we developed a micro campaign promoting National Coffee Day: when Wawa gives all of its Rewards Members a free coffee. We developed a design system to breath whimsical life and personality into the Rewards Program and built a foundation for our broader campaign execution.

Wawa for Maryland
As Wawa steadily advanced it’s convenience-store empire into the depths of Maryland suburbia, they came to ISL for help connecting with their new Beltway-based customers. We assembled a crew of Terrapin (+ Tiger) alumni, Ravens fans and Polar Plungers to develop + produce a library of creative content to make any Marylander hanker for a hoagie.
